Case Study - Valve replacement

A client tasked Ferox Engineering with the replacement of several large ball valves on their critical pipework structure.

Limited headroom combined with difficult access and the weight of 1.5t for each load made an interesting challenge.

The task was completed within the initial timescale estimated to the client and within the narrow window between client operations.

Newly refurbished valves were installed and the old ones sent away for overhaul.
